Donor Relations Director
(Major Gifts)

The Donor Relations Director (Major Gifts) will support the mission of Pulse by raising funds, especially through building relationships, personal solicitations, and events. This position is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and stewarding mid-level and major donor relationships into maximum capacity and loyal financial partners of Pulse.

The Event Operations Associate is responsible for the logistical execution of assigned events, project management, organization of event details, communication with internal and external resources, and strong attention to detail resulting in the flawless execution of events.

Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Global Ministries

The Executive Assistant to the Vice President (VP) of Global Ministries will support the mission of Pulse and the Global Ministries Department by handling a variety of administrative, project management, and leadership functions. This position will also enhance the effectiveness of the Department by providing information and management support in addition to serving as a representative of the Department both internally and externally.

The Office Manager will support the mission of Pulse as a vital member of the administrative team. The position will keep the office activities of the organization running smoothly on a day-to-day basis, working with all areas of the ministry to ensure good communication and workflow.

The Prayer Leader is responsible for the leadership and direction of prayer support for Pulse and the Pulse Founder & President, including all events and campaigns.

Project Director; Creative, Communications & Marketing

The Creative, Communications & Marketing Project Director, in collaboration with other directors within the Creative, Communications & Marketing Department, will oversee and coordinate the process of production of all digital, print, and multimedia assets at Pulse, ensuring the vision of multiple department directors and the President is executed. The Project Director is a liaison between the Creative Communications and Marketing Department and the Operations team and will work with the various directors throughout the organization. The Project Director is a key contributor—responsible for the timelines, deadlines, sourcing, ordering, hiring, and management of contractor support and delivery of all projects that enter the production process. The Project Director will be responsible for maintaining smooth and efficient systems that support content production. The Project Director will supervise the staff members specifically in the Creative Department, and give work direction that supports accountability for the systems and processes in place to ensure a smooth workflow between the Creative, Communications and Marketing teams.

Social Media Manager

The Social Media Manager will work within the Communications & Marketing department to oversee Pulse’s interactions with the public through implementing content strategies on social media platforms and managing posts. The duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions, and collaborating on digital campaigns to build community and increase engagement with Pulse and Nick Hall.

Together Church Mobilizer

The Together ‘22 Church Mobilizer will build and rally momentum in the Dallas Fort-Worth (DFW) area and a 5–6 hour radius through senior church leadership with 1:1 meetings, presentations at local events, and building relationships through a strategic phone campaign. The Church Mobilizer’s goal is to move leaders from awareness of the event to partnership in mobilizing their networks to be a part of this historic gathering.

Videographer & Studio Manager

The Videographer and Studio Manager will work collaboratively on strategy, video content creation, and execution for various digital needs. These needs include, but are not limited to: email communication, social platforms such as YouTube, Podcasts, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. This role is responsible for capturing video content that will engage with our audience while making sure all content is in line with the brand it is supporting. The Videographer & Studio Manager is a key role on the Pulse team as this person will work closely with the Office of the President, Directors, and Initiative Leaders to create/manage video content that meets their goals. Working with the Creative Project Manager, this role will oversee the day-to-day activity and scheduling of the Pulse Media Studio and editing suites including creating sets and managing studio inventory.
