Annual Giving Associate, Donor Ministries

The Donor Ministries Annual Giving Associate will support the mission of Pulse by raising funds through facilitating and advancing the growth of annual giving campaigns, including direct mail (appeals, newsletters, and postcards), emails, and social media, and new donor acquisition programs, with both the internal Donor Ministries team and external contractors. This is a key position within the Donor Ministries team and will regularly collaborate with other Donor Ministries team members to cultivate new strategies for growing funding.

Associate Director, Creative

The Associate Director of Creative will assist the Director of Creative to lead the Creative department in planning creative projects, defining milestones, assigning resources, assessing risks, and helping projects meet Pulse objectives, deadlines, and budget requirements. The Associate Director of Creative is responsible for assisting in overseeing projects through strategy alignment, briefing, design development, and production in partnership with other departments.

Associate Campaign Director

The Associate Campaign Director ensures successful execution of events to fulfill Pulse’s mission to Make Jesus Known. This role is responsible for supporting leadership and strategic direction for the Pulse campaign process. This includes supporting the evangelistic vision to key stakeholders and leading the campaign team for project management, strategic planning, collaboration with key department/initiative leaders, and strong attention to detail resulting in the excellent execution of events – including, but not limited to Pulse tours, rally events, pastors gatherings and seasons of outreach on university campuses.

Communications Director

The Communications Director will oversee, coordinate, deliver, and continually improve the messaging for Pulse. Working closely with the others on the Creative Department, the Development Team, and various others, the Communications Director is responsible for message creation and maintaining the voice of Pulse across written platforms.

Data Management Associate

The Data Management Associate is responsible for the accuracy, processing, and communication of data across the entire organization of Pulse. This includes assisting the team across multiple systems and various areas of data including financial, event metric, and donor information. In addition to the management and function of current processes and systems, this role will also look to advance, refine, and improve those processes and systems.

Director, Event Management

You have a passion to support the mission of Pulse and the logistical execution of evangelistic campaigns designed to fulfill Pulse’s mission to Make Jesus Known. This includes project management planning and oversight, budget tracking, strategic thinking, collaboration with department leaders, staff training, and strong attention to detail resulting in the flawless execution of events. The Director, Event Management will also provide supervision and direction to the event management team, volunteers, and partners.

Director, Digital Media

The Director of Digital Media leads, supervises, and manages Pulse’s media studio, websites, social media accounts, digital marketing campaigns, and all aspects of the digital ecosystem. Will collaborate with the Creative, Marketing, and Communications departments to develop new ideas, conceptualize marketing campaigns, produce videos, and more. The Director of Digital Media will create opportunities and strategies for Pulse and Nick Hall Evangelism to share the Gospel and make Jesus known through digital spaces. The Director of Digital Media is a key contributor within the Creative, Marketing, and Communications departments—ensuring Pulse’s standard of excellence for reaching the next generation with relevant content and messaging.

Director, Marketing

The Marketing Director will oversee, coordinate, deliver on marketing efforts for Pulse. The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing strategies that lead to strategic growth for Pulse. The Marketing Director will work collaboratively with the Creative Director and supervise the Communications Director and public affairs activities to facilitate work both internally and externally with contracted agencies that leads to meeting marketing goals and deadlines for the organization’s events and campaigns. The Marketing Director has extensive marketing experience and a comprehensive knowledge of branding. This position should be filled by someone with an understanding of what makes people tick and want to deliver solutions that make a difference.

Donor Ministries Analyst

The Donor Ministries Analyst will support the mission of Pulse by equipping the Donor Ministries Department through the collection, usage, and analysis of data. This position will also support the department’s fundraising goals and donor stewardship by engaging in the ongoing and detailed evaluation and usage of Salesforce data quality, while delivering and improving necessary reporting, primarily in a MS Excel and Salesforce.com environment.

The Donor Ministries Administrative Assistant will support the mission of Pulse and the Donor Ministries team by handling a variety of administrative functions including maintaining the donor database, record keeping, processing donations, preparing mailings, and more. This position will also enhance the effectiveness of the Donor Ministries team by providing information and management support in addition to representing the team to others internally and externally.

The Executive Assistant to Finance & Operations will support the mission of Pulse and the Finance & Operations Department by handling a variety of administrative, project management, and leadership functions. This position will also enhance the effectiveness of the department by providing information and management support in addition to serving as a representative of the department both internally and externally.

The Human Resources (HR) Director is responsible for overseeing HR management and department operations to adhere to organizational policies and procedures. The duties include communicating between company executives and management, managing the HR department budget, and coordinating with management to ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.

Project Director; Creative, Communications & Marketing

The Creative, Communications & Marketing Project Director, in collaboration with other directors within the Creative, Communications & Marketing Department, will oversee and coordinate the process of production of all digital, print, and multimedia assets at Pulse, ensuring the vision of multiple department directors and the President is executed. The Project Director is a liaison between the Creative Communications and Marketing Department and the Operations team and will work with the various directors throughout the organization. The Project Director is a key contributor—responsible for the timelines, deadlines, sourcing, ordering, hiring, and management of contractor support and delivery of all projects that enter the production process. The Project Director will be responsible for maintaining smooth and efficient systems that support content production. The Project Director will supervise the staff members specifically in the Creative Department, and give work direction that supports accountability for the systems and processes in place to ensure a smooth workflow between the Creative, Communications and Marketing teams.

Senior Campaign Director

The Senior Campaign Director ensures successful execution of events to fulfill Pulse’s mission to Make
Jesus Known. This role is responsible for supporting leadership and strategic direction for the Pulse
campaign process. This includes carrying the evangelistic vision to key churches and business connections and leading the campaign team for project management and oversight, strategic planning, collaboration with key department/initiative leaders, and strong attention to detail resulting in the excellent execution of events – specifically large-scale stadium and campus events. The Senior Campaign Director will have regular check-ins with the President to ensure the vision is carried forward, while working alongside the Senior Director of Events to drive forward relationships and plans to advance Pulse’s evangelistic campaigns. This position should be filled by someone with experience in the local church, a passion for evangelism, and an understanding of planning and executing campaigns with excellence.

Senior Director, Donor Development

The Donor Development Senior Director will support the mission of Pulse by raising funds, especially through building relationships, personal solicitations, and events. This position is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and stewarding mid-level and major donor relationships into maximum capacity and loyal financial partners of Pulse. This is a key position within the Donor Development team and will regularly collaborate with team members around new strategies for growing funding through donations.
