The Pulse Internship exists to train emerging leaders to live a lifestyle of evangelism, and commission them to reach the world with the Gospel.

Whether it's through live events or livestreams, local revival gatherings, raising up leaders or creating digital resources, we are called to Make Jesus Known.

To date, Pulse Evangelism has trained and equipped 200 interns!

SPIRITUAL INVESTMENT

We take our commitment to interns seriously. Each semester and summer is crafted to intentionally pour into each cohort of interns to help them spiritually thrive.

Training with our interns includes evangelism, discipleship, and leadership training from our Pulse team. Our goal is for interns to leave closer to God and more on fire for Jesus.

On-the-Job Training

In addition to being spiritually poured into, interns are assigned a Pulse staff member to train them and develop their professional skills. Each intern is assigned projects to help them grow in their desired career path and be fully equipped to serve God in their work.

Internships at Pulse currently include eleven different areas:

Gain experience in managing and reporting the organization’s finances through the processing of different types of financial transactions. Be trained in reconciling various systems, leading to being responsible for the entire month-close process by the end of the internship. In addition to the above, there will be other related finance and accounting tasks depending on the semester (including audit preparation, tax reporting, and more).

You will be the first point of contact for our ministry. The duties include offering administrative and event support across the organization. You will greet people who visit the business. You will oversee front-desk activities; including distributing correspondence, redirecting phone calls, and meeting setup support.

Be a part of Pulse’s Digital Evangelism team producing content for the our top Evangelists digital platforms including social media, websites and podcasts. Creating content with our DEC team, to craft an organic and paid posting strategy each month to highlight Nick Hall, his brand and mission to make Jesus known.

Be a part of Pulse’s Digital Evangelism team, as a design intern. Developing state- of-the-art creative content to advance the Gospel and promote Pulse’s lead Evangelists’ events, merchandise, and campaigns. You will get the opportunity to shadow and learn from our top designers and grow in your creative process and design skills using Adobe suite and various project management and storage platforms.

Join Pulse’s Digital Evangelism team as a content writer supporting our top Evangelists. You will take an active role in writing and proofing engaging, well- researched materials including voice guides, devotionals, blogs, articles, emails, and social media content on digital and print platforms with access to leading press outlets.

Be a part of Puls’s Digital Evangelism team as a videography or

photography intern. Using our professional equipment and Adobe suite, you can your passion

and skills in visual arts and storytelling to capture and share the mission of our top Evangelists.

Join the team and gain the opportunity to cultivate fast paced on-demand skills while advancing

the kingdom of God.

As an intern on the Event Operations team, you will learn what happens behind the scenes of every event, from small gatherings to stadiums. This position requires administrative skills and attention to detail. It also allows for creativity and collaboration with every other team at Pulse. You will gain skills in facilitating relationships, clear communication and what it takes to support our organization as a whole as we seek to make Jesus known.

As a Follow-Up intern you will use your passion to disciple, pray, and equip new believers who respond to the Gospel through our digital Follow-Up platform. You will have opportunities to lead teams of volunteers and connect with ministries across the nation to establish strategic follow-up plans. Lastly you will recruit volunteers through phone calls with contact list provided for you and train volunteers to steward live 1-1 digital conversations through Zoom calls for a variety of Pulse campaigns.

Looking to improve your communication and writing skills? The Marketing Communications track is focused on content creation, writing, social media captions, and blogs. As part of the vibrant Marketing team, you will also assist with email communication, editing, proofing, and all things grammar.
The photography track in Marketing is designed for those who love taking photos and videos at events. You will assist with professional photo and video duties at concerts and outreach events. All media produced will be used on social media. You'll also help with digital asset management, archiving, production, and strategy.
Serve the Pulse team by helping draft press releases for Pulse events and news, writing articles for placement in external blogs and online sites, researching media opportunities and interviews, researching Christian journalists and opportunities to connect with them, and assisting with PR and marketing emails.

Help advance the mission of Pulse by helping with event- based social media and with our internship and Pulse 100 campaigns. Requires previous experience using social media apps and maintaining a social media presence. Create content cals, create posts, track engagement, and help with social media strategy.

This Internship track allows the opportunity to connect with over 100 ministry leaders and pastors each week, through a variety of technology, calls, text messages, and emails. You’ll also be trained and equipped to share a clear Gospel presentation and learn how to preach a 5, 10, and 20 minute sermon, and receive special training in how to share the Gospel online through YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and podcasting.

Use your administrative skills to further local evangelism efforts by helping our leaders to equip the next generation at Pulse. Help manage the Intern application process, support the Internship experience, and help to plan and shape Revival Nights.
Be a part of Pulse’s Creative Team using your passion and skills in video production to capture and share the story of Pulse, as well as produce creative video work for events and campaigns. Film Revival Nights, tell the story of the Internship Experience, and create content in our brand-new studio, located at our headquarters in Minneapolis.

Tight-Knit Community

One of our favorite parts about the Pulse internship is seeing young adults from different walks of life growing closer together as they grow personally and spiritually in Christ.

Housing

Studio-style housing is available next door to our office for those who are accepted into our program and live outside Minneapolis and the surrounding areas.
